3. Product Information
3.1. We make every effort to display the Products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3.2. All descriptions, images, and specifications of Products on our website are provided for informational purposes only.
3.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
3.4. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations in finish and texture, including but not limited to minor impressions, pores, and oxidation, may occur. These are inherent characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
3.5. Product dimensions provided are approximate due to the handmade nature of our goods and may exhibit slight variations.
3.6. Our products utilize exclusively natural gemstones, not synthetic alternatives. Consequently, variations in size, pattern, and color may occur between individual beads. Natural stones may also exhibit indentations, pores, or minor irregularities, which are inherent characteristics of natural materials.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. By placing an Order, you are offering to purchase a Product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
4.2. All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the Order price.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any Order placed by you.
4.4. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, BLIK. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card or payment method to use it. All payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We will make every effort to deliver your Order within the estimated timeframe. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
5.2. Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to you.
5.3. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided on our website.
5.4. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our workshop in Poland. The delivery time begins on the working day following the despatch of your order.
5.5. If the goods cannot be delivered (incorrect address provided by the Customer, the Customer not being present for the delivery), additional shipping charges will apply in the event of redelivery which the Customer will have to cover.
5.6. Delivery tracking confirms receipt. 'Delivered' status releases us from liability. Customer-directed deliveries (neighbors, pickup points, etc.) are at customer's risk. No refunds or replacements for post-delivery issues; claims must be made with the delivery service.
5.7. Inspect packages upon delivery, particularly if damaged. Refuse damaged packages, obtain a courier-signed Damage Protocol and photos, and notify us immediately. Acceptance signifies package integrity, precluding damage claims.
6. Returns and Refunds

6.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6.3. You are responsible for the cost of returning Products, unless the return is due to our error.
