All exchanged items must be returned in an unworn and undamaged condition. The items should also be returned in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected during transit.

Please be aware that custom orders are considered final and, as such, cannot be exchanged.

The customer is responsible for covering all postage costs associated with returning items for exchange. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in an unworn and undamaged condition, and they must be contained within their original packaging.

Customers are required to return items within 14 days from the moment they notify our store of their intention to return. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all postage costs associated with the return. We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, therefore, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive the returned items. Please be aware that our Payment Processor may require up to 14 working days to complete the processing of your refund.
