Lifetime Warranty

Every piece of our jewelry is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing and material faults. If your jewelry develops any issues due to a fault in the manufacturing process or the materials used—such as unexpected breakage, defects, or damage not caused by normal wear—simply send it back to us. We’ll restore it to its original condition with a complete repair, restoration, and polish service, all completely free of charge.

Please note that our Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages resulting from everyday wear, misuse, or accidental harm. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, and our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that any inherent manufacturing faults are fully taken care of.

Lifetime Restoration Service

Every piece of our jewelry comes with a free Lifetime Restoration Service. At any point, if you feel your jewelry needs a little extra care, simply send it to us for professional cleaning and restoration. We’ll remove any scratches from the silver elements and polish them to their original glory.

This service is completely free of charge because we believe your jewelry should always shine as brilliantly as the day you received it. Enjoy the lasting beauty of our finely crafted pieces, knowing that we're here to help maintain their allure for a lifetime. The Restoration Service does not include any shipping charges.
